Jennifer joins Noodle with over nine years of experience in higher education administration. She received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Pre-law Communication with minors in both Spanish and Women’s and Gender Studies from The University of Oklahoma (OU). In 2018, she received her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Urban Education with Concentration in Higher Education, Access and Equity from Temple University. She’s worked as a social justice practitioner in the areas of admissions, diversity and inclusion, educational equity, enrollment management, finance, research, residence life, social media management, strategic marketing, and student affairs. Prior to joining Noodle, Jennifer served the Office of the President and the Office of the Vice Provost for Educational Equity at Penn State (University Park) as a counselor, student advocacy specialist, and Program Founder/Director of the Latinx Leadership Institute. In her free time, she enjoys all things aquatic; growing up, she swam competitively for eleven years under USA Swimming.
