Rebecca is a teacher turned educational psychologist passionately promoting evidence-based learning and motivation principles in practice for learners of all ages in a variety of contexts for over 20 years. Rebecca joins Noodle Partners having spent six years on faculty with the University of Southern California’s Rossier School of Education as an Associate Lecturer of Clinical Education where she designed and taught blended/flipped courses in the Master’s in Learning Design and Technology, Master’s in Educational Counseling, Master’s in School Counseling, and Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership programs.
Prior to working in higher education, Rebecca provided psychoeducational, mental health and learning design consultation to corporations, local education agencies and families. As a consultant for the Los Angeles County Office of Education, she designed a model of intervening services and teacher training that supported the social-emotional and early literacy development of 26,000 Head Start preschool children throughout the county.
Rebecca received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from USC as a first-generation college student, her Master of Education in Educational Psychology along with a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in School Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and her Doctorate of Education in Educational Psychology from USC.
